we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which is subject to the following criteria: • Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first thirty days of receipt. • All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions! • No Returns without our authorization. • All items most be returned in the original packaging. • Shipping charges are nonrefundable. • The exchange/rma number must be listed on the package being returned. • Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. • All returns are subject to inspection. • Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
